Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CreatanTech. These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of our software products, digital downloads, modules, updates, and related services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

CreatanTech develops and sells downloadable software products, including but not limited to:

Point of Sale (POS)
Inventory Management Software
Billing Applications
Repair Shop Management Software
Software Modules & Add-ons

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Payments

Customers are charged immediately during checkout before receiving access to download the purchased software. Payments are securely processed by our payment provider.

3. Software License

Purchasing a product grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the license terms supplied with the product. Ownership of the software remains with CreatanTech.

4. Support

Support is provided according to the support period included with the purchased product. Support includes assistance with installation, bug fixes, and product-related questions. Customization services are not included unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since our products are digital downloads, cancellation is generally not possible after the software has been delivered.

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

The software has a verified technical issue that prevents its intended use and we are unable to resolve the issue.
The purchased product is significantly different from its published description.
A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind.
Lack of required technical knowledge.
Failure to review system requirements before purchase.
Server or hosting environments that do not meet the software requirements.
Conflicts caused by third-party modifications.
Requests made after downloading and successfully using the software.

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

6. Updates

Product updates are provided according to the license or support plan purchased. Future versions may include new features, improvements, or bug fixes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreatanTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, trademarks, logos, documentation, and content remain the intellectual property of CreatanTech. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or modification is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

9. Privacy

Customer information is used only for processing orders, providing support, and improving our services. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India.
